A consulting firm.

Junior Initiative IE is the first Junior Enterprise in Madrid. Founded at IE University in March 2020, we are part of the global Junior Enterprise network of over 200 non-profit student associations.

We give students the opportunity to work on real consulting projects for real companies. Our teams combine students from Business, Finance, Data Analytics, International Relations, Economics, Law and other disciplines to deliver practical solutions while gaining hands-on experience.
